Program Development
Part programs are developed from CAD models or physical samples for bridge, gantry and cantilever CMMs in current production use. Probe clearances, approach vectors and feature call-outs are built against the specific fixture used on the shop floor.
Existing programs are revised when fixturing, tolerancing or probe configuration changes require it. A program check is typically run after a controller or software upgrade, even when the part drawing has not changed.

Programming work is quoted against the part drawing, the GD&T callouts and the controller and software already installed on the machine.
