Background
Coordinate measuring machine calibration, repair, programming and gage calibration are coordinated for manufacturers across Oklahoma and the Southern Plains. Work is performed by laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, covering bridge, gantry and cantilever CMMs, portable articulated arms, granite surface plates, gauge blocks, and ring and plug gauges. Certificates are issued under the performing laboratory's accreditation scope, with reference standards and reported measurement uncertainty stated on every report. Requests are reviewed against that scope before scheduling, so a job is accepted only when the instrument's range and accuracy requirement fall within what the performing laboratory can certify.
Background
The service exists to connect manufacturers in the region with calibration capacity matched to coordinate metrology and dimensional gaging. Bridge and gantry CMMs that cannot be shipped are scheduled for on-site visits. Portable arms, gauge blocks, and ring and plug gauges move to the laboratory for calibration and return by the agreed date.
Requests are reviewed on intake against the accredited scope covering the instrument type and range. The quotation reflects the specific method required for that instrument and is priced accordingly. Results are reviewed before release, and a documented complaints and appeals process covers any disputed finding after the certificate is issued.
